Shipping
Charges on actual volumetric weight.
You pay shipping charges approximately the same
as the actual shipping charges we pay to DHL/Airborne
Exp/Fedex for shipping your orders. We
work on principles of no profit no loss on
shipping charges. Our shipping rate structure
has been designed by analyzing past data on real
shipping charges paid to the courier companies
for every item in its packaged form (volumetric
weight). The shipping rate structure therefore
reflects volumetric weight of individual items
in packaged form and its corresponding
courier-shipping rate. Delivery schedule is
approximately 4 to 6 days from the date of
dispatch.
Sometimes we
do free shipping:
For special occasions, as a part of our
promotional efforts, we send international
shipments free for a very limited periods.
However, on all such occasions the product
prices still remain constant and do not go up
because of free shipping.
Free Shipping
within India:
We make free shipping only within India all the
time because our product sales margin are able
to absorb the cost of shipping within the
country through less expensive non-courier
modes.
Order
Confirmation:
After we receive a order online, we send images
of the products purchased by the customers for a
final confirmation. We ship the order to the
customers only after we receive a confirmation
by e-mail. This practice leaves no ambiguity in
the minds of our customers regarding the
products they have purchased.
Order Transit
Time:
All orders received are shipped within 24-48
hours of the receipt of order. However in case
of Custom made Salwar Kurtas and Sarees, we need
5 additional days to get them stitched as per
customer's size specifications and they are
usually shipped on the 6th day of their order
unless otherwise instructed. |
