Can I change my order?
You need to immediately notify us of the change if you would like to change your order. As a security measure, normally we send e-mail after you place your order to confirm whether it is you who has placed the order. And once we receive your confirmation, we ship the order. Once the order is dispatched and leaves our warehouse, it is impossible to change the order.

 

The item I want is sold out. When can I get it?
A product that has been sold out is usually not available immediately. However, we would request you to send us an e-
mail mentioning the Code and we will let you know a
tentative date when that particular product might be available.

 

Is my order coming?
Once we ship your order through our carrier, you will receive a mail in your inbox with your air bill tracking number. You can track the journey of your order using that tracking number through the carrier’s website.

I have returned an item (s) to you, when will I get my refund?
We have a liberal no questions asked return policy. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. As soon as we receive your return, we make the refund within 48 working days. Please click here for a detailed Senorita Craft return and refund policy.

Refunds on returns:-
• The cost of shipping back is to be borne by the customers.
• Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, shall be refunded only to customers who do not return the received merchandise.
• In case of custom duties levied on merchandise being returned back to us, Senorita craft shall refund only the cost of the goods less the custom duties, if refunded earlier at the time of delivery.
• At any point of time, refunds to never exceed the original cost of the goods.

 

Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is triple checked before it is shipped. Since we handpick our retail stock, the first quality check takes place at the time of buying, at the artisan's premises. The second manual check takes place before those products are entered into our stock database and are exhibited on the website. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer.

• How do I place my order?

Please follow the steps listed below to complete your order: -
The online ordering process is very simple when you actually go through it.

 

1. Click on the Add To Cart button below the product you desire to purchase. A dialog box with product added confirmation will appear on your screen. your shopping cart details will be displayed on the left side of the screen. And you can review your shopping cart by pressing the Shopping Cart button from the right top.
A new page opens showing a list of different products with quantity, price and total. This is your shopping cart.

 

2. On this page you have three options:-
a) Update: - You can update quantity for one item at a time in your cart.
b) Delete: - You can delete one product per click in your cart.
c) Clear Your Cart: - Click this button in case you desire to delete all items from your cart.
d) Checkout: - You have what you wanted in the shopping cart and want to proceed with the payment process.

 

3. If you click on the 'CheckOut ' button. You will be taken to login page

'Login' Option will prompt you the Username and Password. Clicking on the 'Login' button will show you the dialog box saying to merge all items from currently visit as well as previous visit. Its up to you and clicking on any? OK/Cancel? Button will take you to another page, which will ask for Billing details, Shipping details, Discount code. If you have, write it in giving text box

 

On the next page you will be asked to select your Shipping Method.

There are two shipping methods:
1. Standard Method - Time To Lead(3-7 Days)
2. Expedited Method - Time To Lead(2-3 Days)

Note: Use giving text box just below the shipping method to let us know “Did you find what you were looking for in our store?”
Review the items again you purchased on the same page. There are three more buttons :
1. Previous
2. RecalculateTotal
3. Place Your Order

Previous?
Will take you to the previous pages to make changes what you wanted for.

Recalculate?
Use this option in case you have made any change in the order. Since the page couldn’t get refreshed itself.

Place Your Order?
If you want to proceed with the payment process. It will take you to Paypal’s site to complete your transaction.

The displayed page shows you the shipping address and billing address once again to confirm. And will ask you for Credit card number and Card Type.

This is the final step - once these details are filled up and you click on the 'Continue Checkout' button, your order will come through.

4. An order confirmation page will appear showing your order number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order with the order number, products purchased,. Shipping and billing address etc.

Important note to our customers: -
In as many as 98% of the Senorita Craft shipments, no Custom Duty has been applied in various countries in the past. In most cases, those who paid the Custom Duty were the ones who received their consignments at their commercial or official addresses. The customers whose shipments had their residential addresses have not paid any customs duty as yet.

 

The small shipments of the retail buyers do not attract Customs Duty if they are essentially shipped on the residential addresses. However, the same shipment may attract Customs Duty if shipped on a commercial or an official address. This may not apply in the cases of bulk orders or wholesale orders. There the buyers should be prepared to pay the Customs Duty apart from the shipment cost, as it is not the responsibility of Senoritacraft to pay it off for the customers.

We try to ensure least trouble for our customers; however, we have no control over the existing set of laws and rules in different countries. Sometimes we have observed that even within one country there's no consistent law regarding the Customs. Therefore we cannot set one definite rule for clearing Custom Duties levied on the buyers belonging to different countries. However certain countries at times require documents to prove the authenticity of various Senorita Craft products, which we send at the earliest to ensure a rapid delivery.

All the Senorita Craft products are shipped on CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) basis. Senorita Craft is not responsible for any Custom Duty that may be applied on the shipment. Yet Senorita Craft offers 100% return of customer's money if they decide against receiving their consignments due to high and unacceptable Custom Duty.

About Products

• Do you keep stock of products you sell online?

We do have stock for some of our products and some products are single pieces and may be procured on order. It is very clearly mentioned on the website when you order the product. Since all our products are handmade you may find variation in making and color scheme in other pieces of the same product.

 

• Are there sizes available of the garments on your web site?
Most garments displayed on our web site are free size however size is also mentioned along the product description. If it doesn’t match with yours, you can always e-mail us to enquire about your size garment before ordering.

 

• I am xxL size. Do you have my size of product (codexxxx)?
All garments have size description, you can check. If we have XXL size in the garment, you would find it mentioned.

• If I send you picture of an Indian product, can you get it for me?
That will depend on the nature and availability of the product. Usually, we do not take up custom requests, but whether your requirement can be fulfilled or not will depend on the type of product and its immediate availability. We would request you to let us know all relevant details of the product. Once we receive your query, we will get back to you with all details regarding its availability.

 

• Can you tell me where else I can buy this product?
As a company policy we do not provide such information.

 

• Can you send more information about the product?
Please write to us with the Code (s) and we will get back to you with detailed information of the product within 36 hours. The response time might be a little longer if you send us the request on a Saturday. You can write to us at info@senoritacraft.com  with all your queries.

• I cannot add more than one product in my basket. What should I do?
Please check the stock, which is always displayed by the side of the product. You may not be able to add more than one if there is only one product left in our stock but you can always contact us with a request and we shall get back to you immediately. Click here for request form

 

• When I place my order, a blank screen comes showing, code not found? What is this?
This problem occurs when the product has been sold and the image has not been replaced by us on the website. This is a very rare problem. If you ever encounter this problem immediately write back to us with the details. We will let you all details regarding its availability.

 

• Why so many pop up ads when viewing your site?
This problem is commonly known as spy ware and we recommend removing it by using a anti- spy ware tools which are freely available online.

Just placed my order, can I..

 

• Change my order?
Yes, you can change your order subject to availability of the items you would like to replace your order with. We would like you to inform us of any changes in your order immediately after you place your order. Once we receive your order, we do not ship it that very day. Instead, we send a confirmatory e-mail with links to image (s) of the product you have ordered. We ship your order the day we receive your confirmation that you have indeed placed an order for the items mentioned. Once the order is dispatched and leaves our warehouse, it is impossible to change the order.

• Cancel my order and ask for refund?

• Change my delivery address?
Immediately after placing your order, please instruct us of changes, if any, to your delivery address. Once your shipment is in transit, it will not be possible for us to amend your address.

• I add message to my gift?
Our profession is dedicated to shopping and gifting. While placing your order, you will find columns where you can type your message. If it is a gift for someone, we will ship your order with your message on a beautiful card to the recipient.

 

• I am not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
We request you to inform us immediately regarding your non availability if you are away for a few days. In that case, we will ship you the order once you come back. However, if you are not available at the destination address for a short period of time, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. • When will I be charged?
When you reach the final billing page and press 'Pay Now', our online payment gateway, CCAvenue, we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account. Once payment is authorized, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be debited from your account shortly afterwards.
If the payment is not authorized by the bank or card issuer, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes advising you of the reason why.

• How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped after we receive your confirmation, you will receive an e-mail with your air bill tracking number/code. You can track the transit of your order using that tracking number through the carriers/shippers website till it reaches you.

• Which courier companies do you use for delivery of orders?
We ship our retail orders all over the globe through UPS and DHL. In some cases, where our wholesale buyers have existing account with some other company, we ship through them.

 

• Your courier website doesn’t recognize the Air ticket or booking number you have given?
If you are presented with the message it probably means that the courier's system has not yet been updated. We would urge you to wait for some time and try again. Most of the times, the shipment information is immediately updated on the courier’s website.

• What are your shipment charges?
On some very special occasions, such as the Christmas and the festive season, we make all shipments free for a limited period. This year too, has been no exception, and all orders received during the festive season will be shipped free. There are no hidden charges. Shipping charges have not been added to product prices under 'free shipping'. We do not add shipping costs to the price of the product. For more information on shipping, click here shipping
All orders shipped in 24-48 hours and delivered in 4 to 6 days.

• How long does it take for an order to reach the destination?
We have one of the fastest delivery times. We ship through DHL/ UPS all over the world. Normal transit time is 4 to 6 days from the date you place your order except for items that need to be customized. In case you are placing an order for a custom sari, lehenga choli or a custom salwar kurta, delivery period will be more.

 

• Will you deliver it to my country?
We deliver almost everywhere in the world. If you want to know if we deliver to your country or not, send us an e-mail mentioning your country.

 

• Do I have to pay custom/import duty?
In very rare cases there may be customs or import duties levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be since they keep on changing from time to time and vary widely from country to country. But in most cases, there are no customs/import duties levied on Senorita craft shipments.
However we are promoters of online shopping and we want that our International customers should shop online without fear of import duties. Keeping in mind the interests of individual customers we have created a import duty refund policy incase it attracts. Please click here to know the policy.

 

• Do you deliver to PO Box address of Military address?
Please be advised not to send us PO Box and Military address since our shippers have faced problems delivering at such specified addresses. Try to send Non-PO Box/military shipping addresses and also we suggest you to send preferably residential address instead of business shipping address. Our experience is that residential addresses have lower chances of attracting custom/import charges.

About Return and Refund

 

• I need to return an item, what should I do?
You can return an item to our country representatives within 30 days of taking delivery of the shipment. We make refund within 48 hours. Click here for details regarding returns and country representatives.

 

• When will you refund me?
Once we receive the returned goods in undamaged condition, we will send out your refund within 2 working days. The amount is usually available in your account within 3 to 4 business days. We will also send you a copy of your refund invoice for your records.

• Part of my order is missing, how will you send me the rest of order?
We take all the precautions to check the orders before shipping, even then, mistakes can happen. If you have received you order and an item is missing, please email your order number and the missing item and we will investigate the matter further and try to resolve the mistake quickly.

• Do I have to pay for the return post?
Yes, you have to pay for return postage to you. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

• When will I receive my replacement?
You can opt for a replacement if you do not opt for a refund. If you opt for a replacement, you will be charged the shipping charges for the new item you choose. We will send you a separate link through which you can pay for the shipping charges. You will receive your replacement within 4 to 6 days after your replaced order is dispatched.

 

• Why have you not refunded the charges?
Shipping charges are non refundable unless you have received a wrong or faulty item from us.

 

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the shipping charge.
